Ryan Tamm is a civil litigation and trial attorney at Childs McCune. He represents individuals and businesses in complex liability matters before Federal and state courts.
Ryan is experienced in pretrial, trial, and appellate litigation. Before joining Childs McCune, Ryan served as an appellate judicial clerk to Judge M. Terry Fox on the Colorado Court of Appeals. In that role, he gained experience analyzing legal arguments in a variety of civil and criminal cases. Before his clerkship, Ryan was a student law clerk at the District Attorney’s Office for the 20th Judicial District, where he drafted and argued numerous pretrial motions and successfully litigated a number of trials.
Ryan graduated from the University of Colorado Law School, where he was an associate editor of the Colorado Law Review, served as the Executive Chair of the Barristers’ Council, and was a member of the National Trial Competition Team.
