Sierra Ward is an experienced litigator, focusing her practice in the areas of healthcare and professional licensure litigation. Over the past decade, she has litigated various complex cases involving medical, financial, and regulatory issues on behalf of individual and institutional clients, appearing in administrative proceedings, district court, appellate courts, and the Colorado Supreme Court.
As a former Senior Assistant Attorney General who served as litigation and general counsel to the Colorado Medical Board and other regulatory agencies, she has the in-depth knowledge necessary to advocate for professionals in licensure, credentialing, and malpractice disputes. Prior to joining the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, Ms. Ward represented individual clients and financial institutions in trust and estate matters.
Ms. Ward has achieved successful outcomes on behalf of her clients, including favorable opinions in three Colorado Supreme Court cases, as well as numerous positive outcomes in civil and administrative disputes. In addition to being a skillful litigator, Ms. Ward is an effective negotiator, helping her clients achieve their objectives through settlement.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Ward enjoys travel, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her fiancé and three dogs.
