Cameron (Cam) Rasco

Cameron (Cam) Rasco is an experienced attorney who represents clients in a wide variety of areas, including regulatory issues, business disputes, and corporate transactions. He focuses his practice in the areas of healthcare, business transactions, business formation, and risk management. Over the last few years, he has advised clients in complex contractual issues, regulatory compliance, and business disputes.

Prior to joining Childs McCune, Cam gained experience as a corporate & securities associate at a Denver law firm where he drafted and negotiated deals involving mergers & acquisitions and private equity/venture capital fund formation. He has negotiated deals on behalf of national investment advisory firms, private equity funds, and startups.

While attending the University of Colorado Law School, Cam worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Justice Melissa Hart of the Colorado Supreme Court, the Colorado Office of the Attorney General, and as a legal intern for a variety of late-stage startups.

He also represented start-up clients through the University of Colorado’s Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, served on the University of Colorado’s Transactional Team, and was a staff writer for the Colorado Technology Law Journal.

Cam is originally from Miami and grew up spearfishing and catching lobster. He has been in Colorado since attending Colorado College in 2015 where he played lacrosse. He enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, playing guitar, ice hockey, lacrosse, and hiking with his wife and chocolate lab.
