Cindy Pham is an experienced litigator who represents clients across a broad spectrum of matters, including personal injury claims, employment litigation and investigations, business and commercial litigation, and healthcare. She focuses her practice on personal injury  and general insurance defense.

Cindy is well-versed in managing complex litigation matters. Prior to joining Childs McCune Michalek, Cindy spent over five years at the Uånited States Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado, where she worked on employment disputes, personal injury cases, and investigations involving healthcare fraud, illegal kickback schemes, and fraud against the government. Cindy also worked as a litigation associate at national and international law firms, where she gained extensive experience in commercial litigation matters and intellectual property litigation and prosecution.

In addition to her litigation practice, Cindy also advises and assists healthcare clients on trademark and copyright matters, including conducting trademark clearance searches, prosecuting trademark and copyright applications, and managing and monitoring intellectual property portfolios. Cindy has over a decade of experience prosecuting and defending federal claims for trademark and copyright infringement and serving as intellectual property counsel, advising companies on their copyright and trademark protection and enforcement.

Aside from her deep passion for eDiscovery, Cindy enjoys traveling and hiking with her husband.
