Mark’s practice focuses on trial work, litigation counsel, and advice in all areas of law, including health care, commercial litigation, business disputes, employment issues, and real estate, primarily in Colorado and Wyoming. In addition, he represents practitioners and health-related entities in malpractice cases, assists professionals in front of all relevant licensing board, and assists healthcare providers in credentialing matters. Mark has represented clients with matters involving the Department of Public Health, Division of Civil Rights, and the Department of Health and Human Services (HIPAA complaints). He also assists clients with other business-related concerns and risk prevention strategies, to attempt to avoid having to use his trial and litigation services at a later time. Mark has been asked to speak and write on issues regarding medical records, subpoenas, HIPAA, and other risk management topics.

Mark’s entire career has been in complex trial work and litigation, where he has been involved in numerous high-value jury trials and depositions for both plaintiffs and defendants. He leans upon that experience to give his clients an honest and straightforward evaluation of their case or issue, including the likelihood of outcomes and possible resolutions of the case to represent his clients’ interests effectively.
