Levi Stubbs

ATTORNEY 

Levi Stubbs is an experienced attorney who has spent the majority of his career defending insurance companies, municipal entities, and individuals from civil lawsuits. He focuses his practice in the areas of healthcare and professional liability defense. Over the last half decade, Levi has litigated complex cases involving wrongful death, insurance bad faith, and Section 1983 constitutional claims.

Prior to joining Childs McCune, Levi gained experience in insurance defense and litigation strategy defending insurance companies and individuals from liability and bad faith actions. He also worked as a county attorney, defending elected officials and law enforcement in a variety of lawsuits. Levi has advocated on behalf of his clients in federal and state court during all phases of litigation, including claim investigation, demand letters, written discovery, depositions, mediation, motions practice, and second chair trial experience.

While attending the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver, Levi advocated for those with limited access to justice in the Civil Litigation and Workplace Rights clinics. Levi also served and a research assistant and editor of the Denver Law Review.

Levi is a Montana native and enjoys all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer, including hiking, skiing, biking, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
