At the Colorado Bar Foundation’s Annual Bar Fellows Dinner, the CBA awarded Mark Fogg the 2019 Colorado Bar Association Award of Merit. Mr. Fogg is currently the general counsel for The COPIC Companies, and will be joining Childs McCune as a managing member of the firm in 2020. On March 19, 2018, Chris Miller and Karin Williamson scored yet another jury trial victory in a medical malpractice case. Chris and Karin successfully defended a physician against a claim for wrongful death for more than $1,000,000 related to alleged failure to diagnose.
