Childs McCune Michalek, LLC is excited to announce that health care law attorney, Ellen Stewart, has joined the firm. Ellen represents hospitals, physicians, physician groups, ambulatory surgical centers, MSOs, IPAs and other forms of health care delivery systems and health-related entities in transactional and litigation matters. Her practice includes advising clients on corporate structure, acquisitions, partnerships and employment. Ellen also advises clients on contract issues, including agreements with managed care entities. She assists clients with regulatory compliance including Stark, Anti-Kickback and HIPAA.
