Childs McCune Michalek, LLC is excited to announce that attorney Katie Green has joined the firm. Katie focuses her practice on health care law, legal ethics, and professional licensure litigation. She represents individual and corporate clients in a range of litigation and transactional matters. Prior to joining the firm, Katie represented clients in real estate and commercial litigation and handled complex real estate transactions. She also served as outside general counsel to corporate and nonprofit clients, advising on corporate governance, compliance, and franchising matters.
