We are proud to offer our congratulations to our talented and dedicated colleagues!  Six of Childs McCune Attorneys have been selected for inclusion in the 2025 Colorado Super Lawyers list for outstanding legal work.

For 2025, four Childs McCune attorneys are recognized as Colorado Super Lawyers: Dan McCune, Mark Fogg, Karin Williamson, and Mark Collier.

Two are recognized as Top 100 Colorado Attorneys: Jordan Lipp and Steve Michalek.

Childs McCune is excited to announce that effective January 1, 2025, both Sierra Ward and Karin Williamson became equity members at the law firm.  Sierra is a healthcare attorney whose practice primarily involves the representation of healthcare providers and facilities in litigation, licensing matters, credentialing disputes, and related issues.  Karin is a trial attorney who advocates for licensed professionals and businesses as they navigate the complex landscape of licensing matters, civil lawsuits, and related disputes that can make or break a professional career or business venture.
