Corinne C. Miller

ATTORNEY

Corinne Miller is an experienced trial attorney and litigator. She concentrates her practice in professional liability defense, including medical and dental malpractice, and commercial civil litigation. Ms. Miller also advocates for professionals in resolving various insurance claims and complaints filed with hospitals, medical boards, and the Department of Regulatory Agencies.

For the past five years, Ms. Miller has achieved results for her clients in numerous areas of civil litigation in the federal, state, and appellate courts. Prior to joining Childs McCune, Ms. Miller gained litigation and trial experience in many arenas, including business and commercial litigation, real property, real estate, mortgage lending/servicing, and contracts disputes. She enjoys all aspects of litigation and has worked with a diverse array of clients in this and previous roles.

Prior to moving to Colorado in 2016, Ms. Miller practiced at a civil litigation firm in Chicago, Illinois, and attended Michigan State University College of Law. There, Ms. Miller competed and placed in over ten national moot court competitions, earned a seat in the prestigious Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute, and was awarded the Bernard J. Fieger Scholarship and Eve August Moot Court Scholarship for her excellence and promise in trial advocacy. She served as a teaching assistant for research, writing, analysis and advocacy courses, and held numerous legal internships and positions during and prior to attending law school, in addition to serving as a Managing Editor for the Michigan State University Law Review.

Throughout her legal practice, Ms. Miller has volunteered at numerous moot court competitions, and assisted coaching the Michigan State University College of Law moot court team post-graduation. She is an active member of the Denver Bar Association’s Docket committee, and is always seeking new opportunities to get involved in the legal community and academia, particularly in writing and trial advocacy.

In addition to her legal practice, and as a former Division 1 track and field athlete at the University of Portland, Ms. Miller continues to enjoy all aspects of fitness, including snowboarding, hiking and weightlifting. She also enjoys travel, reading, and exploring new restaurants. Her favorite part about Denver is cheering for the Colorado Avalanche with her fiancé.
