Whitney D. Boyd is an experienced associate attorney at Childs McCune, LLC working out of our Casper, Wyoming office. Whitney focuses her practice on insurance defense involving healthcare litigation in both federal and state courts. Additionally, Whitney assists healthcare professionals defend their professional licenses in matters before state boards. Whitney has represented practitioners before many Wyoming boards including the Medical Board, Nursing Board, Chiropractic Board, Speech Pathology and Audiology, Dental Board, and Mental Health Professions Licensing Board. Whitney genuinely enjoys her work and prides herself on her ability to skillfully represent her clients through all aspects of litigation. Whitney’s other areas of practice include defending matters involving professional liability, personal injury, and insurance coverage.

Whitney graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2018. While in law school, she served as extern to Justice Keith Kautz at the Wyoming Supreme Court. Whitney served on the board of the Defense Lawyers Association of Wyoming as Secretary, Vice President, and President elect from 2019 to 2024.
