The Colorado Lawyer just published an article by Childs McCune attorneys Jordan Lipp and Jared West on Colorado’s Good Samaritan Statutes. The Colorado Lawyer is the preeminent publication on Colorado law, and Jordan and Jared’s article marks the first Colorado Lawyer article on the important topic of protections for Good Samaritans. The article addresses the myriad of statutes and protections for numerous professions and individuals, such as physicians, veterinarians, and ski patrollers.
