The ideal candidate will have the skills to take lead on depositions and second-chair trials, have a history of effective stand-up skills, and be a strong legal researcher and persuasive legal writer. The firm’s attorneys are active in the Colorado legal community and value leadership,

The firm offers a litigation skills training program and one-on-one mentorship with a seasoned litigator. The salary range is $120,000 to $165,000, depending upon qualifications, experience, and other considerations permitted by law. There is an opportunity to become a firm Member.

Childs McCune, based in Denver is seeking two paralegals with 3+ years’ of experience in Colorado litigation for our Denver office.  We currently offer a progressive hybrid work model of two days in office and three days working remotely.

Childs McCune, a downtown litigation law firm, has an immediate opening for a Legal Assistant in our Denver office. This is not a paralegal position.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years’ experience in CO litigation. At this time, this position is on a hybrid schedule, 3 days in the
office, 2 days working remote. We are looking for someone who has a professional demeanor, excellent organizational/proofreading skills, detail-oriented, multi-tasker.

This position requires the following knowledge skills:

• Experience with OneDrive, SharePoint and MSTeams;
• Knowledge of MS Office, which includes heavy calendaring in  Outlook;
• Knowledge and use of ShareFile;
• Work with subpoenas, notice depositions, process invoices and various pleadings;
• E-filing experience in state and federal courts.
