On June 25, 2021, Karin Williamson and Chris Miller secured a defense verdict in a medical malpractice trial. Together, they successfully defended a surgeon against a claim of negligence stemming from an incident when a patient suddenly fell from the operating room table 50 minutes into a robotic surgery. At the conclusion of a one week trial, the jury returned a verdict fully exonerating the surgeon.
