OF COUNSEL LITIGATION ATTORNEY
A Colorado boutique law firm, Childs McCune Michalek LLC, has an opening in our Denver office for an of counsel attorney with 7 or more years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have litigation partner-level skills, just without a full book of business. A partial book of business is preferred but not required.
Our law firm’s practice areas include medical malpractice defense, ski resort defense, professional liability, employment law, complex commercial litigation, and health care law, among others. The firm’s attorneys are active in the Colorado legal community and value leadership, professional involvement, community presence, and charity work.
There is an opportunity to become a firm Member for of counsel attorneys. The salary range would be $150,000 to $250,000, depending upon qualifications, experience, and other considerations permitted by law.

A Colorado boutique law firm, Childs McCune Michalek LLC, has an opening in our Denver office for a litigation associate with a minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience. Our law firm’s practice areas include medical malpractice defense, ski resort defense, professional liability, employment law, complex commercial litigation, and health care law, among others.
The ideal candidate will have the skills to take lead on depositions and second-chair trials, have a history of effective stand-up skills, and be a strong legal researcher and persuasive legal writer. The firm’s attorneys are active in the Colorado legal community and value leadership, professional involvement, community presence, and charity work.
The firm is committed to training and developing excellent litigators through one-on-one mentorship with a seasoned litigator. The salary range is $120,000 to $185,000, depending upon qualifications, experience, and other considerations permitted by law. There is an opportunity to become a firm Member.

LITIGATION PARALEGAL
Childs McCune Michalek, based in Denver is seeking paralegals with 3+ years’ of experience in Colorado litigation for our Denver office. We will consider applicants looking for a part-time and full-time position. We currently offer a progressive hybrid work model of two days in office and three days working remotely.

The experienced paralegal will work closely with their team as a trusted member to help with all aspects of case management and fact development, including collecting, organizing, and summarizing medical and other records, drafting disclosures and preparing exhibits, background research, and substantive contributions to trial readiness. Candidates will need to have a paralegal associate degree or certificate.
We offer competitive wages and benefits, which may include health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, pre-tax flexible spending accounts, paid time off, contribution to 401(k) and potential profit sharing. The benefits may differ between part-time and full-time. The salary range will be $30/hr. to $44/hr., depending on a potential employee’s qualifications, experience and other considerations permitted by law.
