Sarah Berry has been a licensed attorney in Colorado for over 20 years and has considerable litigation expertise. She comes to the firm from the federal government, where she focused on high level appellate work.

Sarah worked for 13 years at the Office of the General Counsel for the Social Security Administration. During that time, she briefed federal circuit court appeals and argued cases before both the Ninth and Fourth Circuit Courts of Appeals. She also wrote numerous administrative appeals for various federal district courts, often working in coordination with U.S. Attorney Offices. After gaining this expertise she served as a supervisory attorney for over five years, managing the workload of seven attorneys and three paralegals.

Sarah also has prior experience in the private sector, having worked in the commercial litigation field for ten years. In addition to handling all manner of litigation briefing and discovery issues, she appeared for trial in both federal and state court, including a multi-week jury trial in the District of Colorado. She also drafted several appellate briefs and appeared for argument at both the Colorado Court of Appeals and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
