Katie Green is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on the areas of healthcare, legal ethics and professional licensure litigation.

Prior to joining Childs McCune Michalek, Ms. Green represented individual and corporate clients in real estate and commercial litigation as well as in complex real estate transactions. She also served as general outside counsel to numerous corporate clients, including not-for-profit corporations, advising them on corporate governance, compliance, and franchising matters.

Ms. Green is a dedicated advocate for her clients and has achieved favorable outcomes for her clients in civil litigation cases as well as in transactional matters. Drawing on her transactional background, Ms. Green believes in connecting with her clients to understand what is important to them and what their goals are, then developing a strategy to effectively and efficiently achieve the client’s objectives.

Ms. Green grew up in Texas and has lived in Colorado since attending law school at the University of Denver. In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Green enjoys skiing, hiking, rafting and otherwise spending time outdoors with her fiancé and their dog as well as tending to her garden.
