Mark Fogg was appointed to serve as a Commissioner on the State Commission of Judicial Performance

Childs McCune is proud to announce that Mark Fogg was appointed by Chief Justice Brian D. Boatright to serve as a Commissioner on the State Commission of Judicial Performance.  The Commission develops the rules governing commissions on judicial performance and evaluates the performance of Supreme Court Justices and Court of Appeals Judges.
