Colorado Lawyer Publishes Article by Lipp and West on Colorado’s Good Samaritan Statutes
The Colorado Lawyer just published an article by Childs McCune attorneys Jordan Lipp and Jared West on Colorado’s Good Samaritan Statutes. The Colorado Lawyer is the preeminent publication on Colorado law, and Jordan and Jared’s article marks the first Colorado Lawyer article on the important topic of protections for Good Samaritans. The article addresses the myriad of statutes and protections for numerous professions and individuals, such as physicians, veterinarians, and ski patrollers.

Experienced litigator Levi Stubbs recently joined our ranks at Childs McCune as an Associate Attorney. Levi brings approximately 6 years of experience litigating complex cases involving allegations of wrongful death, insurance bad faith, and Section 1983 constitutional claims. His past clients included a county government and its officials, insurance companies, and individuals. Levi will continue to focus on the defense of complex civil litigation matters on behalf of entities and individuals, including licensed professionals, at Childs McCune.
Childs McCune recently welcomed Cameron (Cam) Rasco to the firm as an Associate Attorney. Cam represents clients in a wide variety of areas, including regulatory issues, business disputes, and corporate transactions. He focuses his practice in the areas of healthcare, business transactions, business formation, and risk management. Prior to joining Childs McCune, Cam gained experience as a corporate & securities associate at a Denver law firm where he drafted and negotiated deals involving mergers & acquisitions and private equity/venture capital fund formation.
