Julia Morgenthau is an experienced trial attorney whose practice extends from pre-litigation advisement through appeal. She has represented individuals, health care providers, construction professionals, small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, insurance companies and their insureds in a wide range of civil matters over the years. Julia’s practice is focused in the areas of medical malpractice defense, personal injury defense, commercial litigation, professional liability defense, premises liability defense and general insurance defense. Julia works closely with her clients to achieve practical and effective outcomes to their legal disputes.
Julia has successfully defended clients at trial and has also obtained complete dismissals of lawsuits on behalf of her clients through motions practice. Through her legal writing, oral argument, and negotiation skills, Julia’s strong advocacy effectively resolves cases both inside and outside of the courtroom. Julia is also an experienced appellate advocate.
Julia seeks to foster access to justice for underrepresented and indigent people by volunteering with the civil pro bono panel through the United States District Court of Colorado.
