Cheyenne Moore

Cheyenne is an experienced litigator with a strong track record of success in both trial and appellate courts. She focuses her practice on premises liability, product liability, and personal injury matters. Cheyenne has successfully negotiated settlements, represented clients in mediation, and secured complete dismissals of lawsuits through strategic motions practice.

In addition to her trial work, Cheyenne maintains an active appellate practice in both state and federal courts. Her experience includes drafting appellate briefs and presenting oral argument before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Cheyenne is deeply committed to serving her community and expanding access to justice. She maintains a robust pro bono practice, advising pro se litigants on civil procedure and providing full representation in federal court when needed.

Before joining Childs McCune Michalek, Cheyenne practiced at an Am Law 100 firm, where she maintained a national practice. She represented clients across a wide range of matters, including labor negotiations, employment litigation, internal investigations. injury claims, automotive franchise and distribution litigation, general commercial litigation, and product liability matters involving automotive manufacturers. She also served on a team acting as national coordinating counsel in mass tort litigation and advised clients on compliance with state Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations.

In 2022, Cheyenne served as a secondee (temporary in-house counsel) for a major automotive client. In this role, she gained valuable insight into business operations, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. This experience informs her approach as outside counsel, allowing her to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice in addition to strong advocacy.

Outside of her practice, Cheyenne enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, baking, and exploring the outdoors.
