Julia is an experienced litigator whose practice extends from pre-litigation advisement through appeal. Julia’s practice is focused in the areas of medical malpractice defense, personal injury defense, commercial litigation, professional liability defense, premises liability defense, and general insurance defense. Julia works closely with her clients to achieve practical and effective outcomes to their legal disputes.

Experienced litigator Levi Stubbs recently joined our ranks at Childs McCune as an Associate Attorney. Levi brings approximately 6 years of experience litigating complex cases involving allegations of wrongful death, insurance bad faith, and Section 1983 constitutional claims. His past clients included a county government and its officials, insurance companies, and individuals. Levi will continue to focus on the defense of complex civil litigation matters on behalf of entities and individuals, including licensed professionals, at Childs McCune.

Childs McCune recently welcomed Cameron (Cam) Rasco to the firm as an Associate Attorney. Cam represents clients in a wide variety of areas, including regulatory issues, business disputes, and corporate transactions. He focuses his practice in the areas of healthcare, business transactions, business formation, and risk management. Prior to joining Childs McCune, Cam gained experience as a corporate & securities associate at a Denver law firm where he drafted and negotiated deals involving mergers & acquisitions and private equity/venture capital fund formation.

Childs McCune Attorney Jared West recently served as one of the featured speakers at the 6th Annual Colorado Litigators’ Summit.  Jared co-presented on the topic of “Less is More: A Zen Guide to Good (Legal) Writing” with Maria Zalessky.  We are proud to recognize Jared for a job well done with this presentation, and for his efforts to help fellow litigators improve their legal writing skills!
